Von Pea’s "Mac N Jack” Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Box of Elbow Macaroni

  • Milk

  • One egg

  • Butter

  • Flour

  • Pack of mild cheddar

  • Pack of sharp cheddar

  • Pack of Monterey Jack

Method:

  1. Ok so check it…boil some water right? Word.

  2. Once its boiling put a 3/4 of elbows in the water. Maybe add a little salt but that’s optional.

  3. Preheat the oven to 350.

  4. Melt about a half of a stick of butter in a cup.

  5. When the elbows get soft (about 5 minutes) drain the water out.

  6. Put the elbows in a baking tray and mix the butter in with one egg and like, a heaping tablespoon of flour. I don’t use a lot.

  7. Mix all that shit together nicely.

  8. Add all of the sharp cheddar…I make it with the already shredded cheese cause damnit they sell it already shredded!

  9. Now add half of the mild cheddar and mix all of it up.

  10. I also don’t use a lot of milk…about 1/3 of a cup. Some use way more but I like it like that.

  11. Now cover the top with Monterey Jack cheese and bake it for about 25 to 30 minutes.

  12. Let it cool for a few minutes, eat some of it, and feel amazing.
